About us

In 2020, Manny and Emily Palanca moved to Woolsery in Devon, accompanied by their children Isabelle, Luke, and Florianne. There, they established a family-run farm dedicated to cultivating fresh produce and raising free-range, outdoor-reared meat.

In November 2023, Lucky and Bella, the sows on their farm, gave birth to their first litters of piglets. These pigs have been lovingly raised in optimal outdoor conditions, avoiding the small enclosed spaces typical of supermarket pork production. The Palanca farm prioritises high-quality feed, including homegrown vegetables free from pesticides. We believe this commitment results in the best quality pork you’ll ever taste!
