Manny and Emily Palanca run a thriving family farm in Woolsery, North Devon, alongside their children Isabelle, Luke, and Florianne. What began as a passion for raising animals the right way has grown into a trusted source of high-quality, ethically reared pork and lamb.

The farm proudly supplies grass-fed, free-range, outdoor-reared pork and lamb, completely free from growth hormones, routine antibiotics, or unnecessary injections. All animals are raised with care in natural conditions, enjoying plenty of space and access to the outdoors. Their feed includes pesticide-free, homegrown vegetables, contributing to meat that is not only responsibly produced but full of flavour.

Alongside their livestock, the Palancas also grow a wide range of seasonal vegetables, herbs, and fresh salad produce. Grown without the use of pesticides, their crops are nurtured using sustainable practices, with freshness and flavour at the heart of every harvest.

The farm has gone from strength to strength, now supplying a growing number of commercial customers including restaurants, cafes, pubs, and village shops in the local area. You can also find Emily regularly at local farmers’ markets, proudly sharing their produce with the community.
