The Gammon Collar Joint comes from the centre of the shoulder and contains a natural seam of fat which adds moisture and flavour. The joints only come from outdoor-reared pigs, contributing to their succulence and tenderness.
Available in smoked and unsmoked.

Free local delivery within a 20 mile radius. See our FAQ page for locations covered. Local delivery requires a minimum order of £25. For orders below this amount, a small charge of £2 will apply.
Any items purchased before 10pm will be available for next day collection from our farm. There is no minimum order for collection.
Nationwide delivery is also available. If your order is over £70 and scheduled on a weekday, delivery is FREE! If your order is under £70 we add a delivery charge of £9.95.
