An Oyster Gammon Joint is a beautifully succulent cut of gammon that has a distinctive shape, making it easy to carve whether served hot or cold. Equivalent to a rump of beef, it is prepared with the fat and rind on ensuring it is fabulously juicy and tasty.
Available as smoked or unsmoked.

Free local delivery within a 20 mile radius. See our FAQ page for locations covered. Local delivery requires a minimum order of £25. For orders below this amount, a small charge of £2 will apply.
Any items purchased before 10pm will be available for next day collection from our farm. There is no minimum order for collection.
Nationwide delivery is also available. If your order is over £70 and scheduled on a weekday, delivery is FREE! If your order is under £70 we add a delivery charge of £9.95.

I boiled and baked this with a mustard & marmalade glaze for a family get together. It was delicious! So much so that it was all polished off with no leftovers to enjoy for the rest of the week. I shall be making this my go to gammon joint from now on. Along with their sausages which are also fabulous. They certainly know how to raise tasty pigs!
